Desktop and Server based solutions for PLC connectivity are the flagship of the INGEAR product line. There are 2 major desktop/server product lines in the INGEAR product family:
OPC Servers - provide robust connectivity using the OPC standard for
connecting AB PLCs, Modbus Devices, Omron PLCs, and GE Fanuc PLCs to popular Industrial HMI applications such as Intellution, Iconics, Wonderware,
Cimplicity, and to Visual Basic. The desktop versions of the INGEAR OPC servers use the same configuration files as the INGEAR OPC servers for
PocketPC and Windows CE Panels, creating a full Windows platform solution.
